Procedure for Crediting the Monetary Funds and Paying the WinningsThe Client shall be entitled to participate in the Betting when the monetary funds are available on its Personal Account. The limit of the monetary funds required to participate in the Betting shall be defined in the Rules of Accepting Bets.If there are no monetary funds on the Personal Account the Betting Company is entitled to deny participation of the Client in the Betting.Refusal of the Betting Company can be made both, by reference to the reasons for the refusal and by unmotivated technical restrictions on the capability of the Client to perform Gambling Operations.The capability of the Client to make a decision on paying the winnings can not be limited by the Betting Company except when the prize was received by the Client as a result of unlawful or unfair acts or as a result of non-compliance with the terms of this Agreement.The following methods of crediting the monetary funds for the Betting are allowed: using Payment System «Yandex.Money»;using Payment System «QIWI Wallet»;using Visa, MasterCard cards of Payment Systems by sending SMS-messages for mobile payments;Additional fees may be charged on the processing side when applied the selected payment method. Such fees are paid in full by the Client.The procedure for crediting the monetary funds by each method specified in para. 8.4 hereof, procedure for and conditions of making payments are determined by the Regulations of the Betting Company.The Client is considered to have fulfilled the obligation on crediting the money and can be admitted to the performance of Gambling Operations under its instruction after the receipt of the relevant funds to the accounts of the Betting Company or acceptance of them by the Betting Company in a different form. Before the occurrence of the said circumstances the Betting Company is entitled to establish any technical barriers to perform by the Client the Gambling Operations.The receipt of the monetary funds by the Betting Company for the purposes of this Agreement should be deemed to be the time of presentation of an appropriate amount on the Personal Account of the Client.The Betting Company has the right to change or supplement the methods for crediting the monetary funds. The corresponding changes to the terms of this Agreement shall become effective upon posting them on the Internet-site of the System.Performance by the Client of any Gambling Operations or transfer to the Betting Company of the monetary funds is considered to be an acceptance by the Client of this Agreement and the Rules of Accepting Bets.Acceptance of the monetary funds transferred by the Client to deposit on its Personal Account is performed after receiving the confirmation from Payment System.The conditions of the settlements are specified in the relevant sections of the Regulations of the Betting Company and they constitute an integral part of this Agreement and shall be binding on the Client.The Betting Company is entitled to amend to or supplement unilaterally the conditions of depositing the monetary funds on the Personal Account of the Client. The new conditions come into force on the day of their publication on the Internet-site of the System.In case the monetary funds are deposited using the Payment Systems specified in para. 8.4.4 hereof the responsibility for the timeliness and completeness of fulfillment of the Client’s instructions to transfer the monetary funds to the Betting Company, as well as from the Payment System to the Client shall be borne by the relevant Payment System. The relations between the Client and the Payment System are governed by the relevant Agreement. The risk of loss, incomplete or untimely transfer of the monetary funds using Payment System shall be taken by the Client in full.The conditions of using by the Clients of the bank cards are determined by the Regulations of the Betting Company and the agreement with the bank or other lending institution, which holds a license for this type of activity.When depositing the monetary funds using Visa, MasterCard cards of the Payment Systems the legality of using the relevant card by the Client is checked.For these purposes, the Betting Company is entitled to request a color scanned copy of the passport of the bank card holder — double page spread with photo, surname, name, patronymic and signature, all pages with notes on registration, as well as a color scanned copy of both sides of the bank card with which the payment was made. For confidentiality purposes it is allowed to mask the figures of a bank card number, except for the first six and last four figures 1234 56 **** 3456. The Betting Company reserves the right to limit depositing, using and payment of the funds transferred by the Client and to block the Personal Account before receipt and subsequent verification of the requested documents.In case the Client refuses to provide the scanned copies of the requested documents, the Betting Company shall be entitled to refund the monetary funds on the bank card used for making the payment, cancel any bets made by the Client, placed with the use of the funds paid by the bank card, the legality of which is not checked by the Betting Company, and to refuse to pay any winnings, as well as to terminate the Agreement.When depositing the monetary funds using Visa, MasterCard cards of the Payment Systems, the holder of the card is solely responsible for failure to observe the laws of its country in relation to the gambling in the Internet.When paying the winnings using the Payment System «QIWI Wallet» or «Yandex.Money» the Betting Company reserves the right to demand from the Client to provide the document(s) proving its personality (such as a scanned copy of its passport, driving license and other documents.)Depositing of own monetary funds to the Bonus Account is not possible.Any funds credited to the Bonus Account as a bonus can be withdrawn by the Client in money terms only after the conditions of a bonus programme (action) are met.Payouts procedure:Before making any payments, the Company has the right to request a valid identification document, for example, a copy of a passport, driver’s license or any other valid identification document. In this case the time for authorization of the request can be increased.The Betting Company reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to limit the methods of funding available to the Client and payments from the Personal Account.The moment of receipt of the monetary funds to the Client (a «wallet» or the Client’s account in the relevant Payment Systems, bank account, etc.) is determined by the terms and conditions of the Agreement concluded by the Client with the organization receiving the monetary funds for the Client.Commission and fee deductions and any other expenses incurred in connection with the use of these methods of payment of winning by the Client shall be borne by the Client in full.Payment of winnings, and withdrawal of the monetary funds from the Personal Account of the Client shall not be made if the monetary funds through which the payments are made, were received to the Personal Account of the Client as a result of its unlawful or unfair acts and (or) the unscrupulous actions of any third parties (including those caused by unauthorized access to the System).
