processing by the Betting Company of its Personal Data specified by the Client at the time of registration, as well as the data provided by the Client later on at request of the Betting Company to verify the compliance with the internal requirements of the Betting Company, provided that their processing is carried out by an authorized person who took the obligation of keeping the specified information confidential;
taking by the Betting Company of any actions (operations) with its Personal Data, including data collection, classification, accumulation, storage, updating, modification, use, depersonalization, blocking, destruction and cross-border transfers, including with the use of automation facilities;
processing by the Betting Company of its personal data by entering them into an electronic database, lists (registers) and report forms.
Processing of the Personal Data is performed by the Betting Company subject to the requirements of current legislation and using the following main ways (but not limited to): storage, recording on digital media and storage, inventories, marking.The rights referred to in para. 7.1 of this Regulations, shall be provided by the Client to the Betting Company until the expiry date of the relevant information or documents containing the above information, as defined in accordance with applicable law, and if they are revoked the processing of personal data of the Client must be terminated by the Betting Company and/or by third parties and is destroyed if the Agreement is terminated not later than one (1) year from the date of determination of the Agreement.The rights referred to in para. 7.1 of this Regulation, shall be provided by the Client to the Betting Company for the purpose of execution of the requirements of the applicable law, and for the purposes of conclusion by the Client of any agreements with the Betting Company, and their future performance, as well as for the purpose of making by the Betting Company of decisions or carrying on of other activities that give rise to legal consequences with regard to the Client, and for the purpose of provision of the Client with information about the services provided by the Betting Company, and are applicable to the Personal Data.
